Pediatric Eye Care

We treat patients of all ages at Vision Associates. All children should have a basic eye exam by the time they are 3 or 4 years old and at any time sooner, if you suspect that they may have an eye problem. We have special equipment to test children.

Our ophthalmologists perform surgery for crossed eyes, blocked tear ducts, and other common problems at area hospitals, including Children's Hospital of Toledo, as well as our attached Wildwood Surgery Center.

Dr. Kathleen Karol and Dr. Jason Ofori have a special interest in taking care of children's eye problems.
