Dr. Rosenthal's primary medical interest is in the area of diabetic care and surgery for complex retinal detachments. He serves in a number of leadership positions in the region. He is also a national advocate for patient rights. He directs and operates the Jairus Foundation Project for Third World Medicine in the Dominican Republic and elsewhere. |
